1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the da33 platform and all its members. By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by da33, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Da33 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or a platform notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• All content, logos, designs, and technology on da33 are protected by copyright.
• In the event of a dispute, international gaming law will apply.
• In the event of any conflict between the Bangla version and any other language version of these terms, the Bangla version shall prevail.

2 Account & Registration

To open an account on da33, you must register with accurate and complete information. Each person may hold only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended.

During registration, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, email, and phone number. Providing inaccurate information may cause issues during account verification and may result in withdrawals being blocked.

• Each member may hold only one account.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely the member's responsibility.
• Accounts may not be rented, shared, or transferred to another person.
• Da33 may request account verification at any time if suspicious activity is detected.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC verification.

3 Age & Eligibility

Da33 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Any use of the platform by a minor constitutes a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions. da33 is committed to protecting minors.

Da33 reserves the right to verify a member's age at registration or at any point thereafter. Failure to verify age may result in the account and balance being temporarily or permanently suspended.

• Registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18.
• A National ID, passport, or birth certificate may be required for age verification.
• Registering with a false age may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits on da33 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. da33 does not process payments directly — all transactions are handled through third-party payment gateways.

Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number registered on the member's account. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• The correct amount and reference number must be provided when making a deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Da33 may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals if suspicious transactions are identified.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing cashback or bonus funds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Da33 regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms — including wagering requirements, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. Please read the specific terms of any bonus before claiming it.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit. Each person is entitled to the welcome bonus once per device, IP address, or payment method.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Misuse of bonuses may result in account termination.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on da33 are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Please verify your odds and stake carefully before submitting. da33 reserves the right to void any bet accepted due to a technical error.

• All bets are processed in real time; once confirmed, they cannot be changed.
• In-play bet odds may change at any time after a match has kicked off.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Bet outcomes may be reviewed for matches suspected of match-fixing.
• Da33 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits.

7 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on da33 to maintain security and a fair environment. Violations may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to manipulate it in any way.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack da33's software or systems.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Creating an account using false information.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Da33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, particularly in cases of rule violations. Members may also request account closure at any time.

• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
• If an account is closed at the member's own request, any valid balance will be refunded.
• Self-exclusion is available as part of our responsible gaming tools.
• Re-registration after account closure is strictly prohibited.
